Do I need my own instrument?

Absolutely. It is essential that you have your own instrument for lessons and for regular practice between lessons. Your progress depends on how much practice you put into your instrument. Please contact the school should you need assistance with instrument rentals.

How many lessons do I need to take?
Playing music is a life-long ability that can always be improved and expanded on. Your time learning music will depend on how far you want to take it. The stars are the limit!
What do lessons cost?

Am I too old to start learning an instrument?
No one is too old to start playing an instrument! In fact, studies have shown that learning a new instrument during old age improves cognitive function and memory and reduces the risk of Alzheimer?s and other brain disorders.
What age can my child start taking lessons?
Recommended starting age for most instruments: 5-6 years old

Our fees are standard across all lesson and instrument types. We offer 60-minute and 40-minute lessons, scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Clients receive an invoice at the end of the month for the number of lessons scheduled during the upcoming month. Lessons are payable in advance and will only take place once proof of payment has been received.
